Maati Se Bandhi Dor written update, The episode starts with Vaiju explaining that she slipped and fell accidentally. Jaikant taunts her and tells Rannvijay not to hire her. Rannvijay reminds Jaikant of his past mistake that caused a loss for the company, yet they still work together. He decides to let Vaiju join them. Vaiju promises it was her first and last mistake. Later, she overhears a worker thanking Rannvijay for helping him so his daughter could take her exam on time. Vaiju notices how Rannvijay keeps helping the workers and feels impressed.

Vaiju watches Rannvijay secretly and smiles. She tells him that she hopes he continues to be successful in life. Jaya plans a surprise party to celebrate Rannvijay’s success. Vaiju arrives, and Jaya informs her about the party.
Sulekha asks Vaiju what she will gift Rannvijay. Jaya says the gift she gives is from both of them, but Vaiju insists on giving something on her own. Rannvijay is awarded and thanks Vasundhara, Jaya, and even Vaiju. He mentions that he has met someone who changed his outlook on life.
Vaiju wonders what she can gift Rannvijay since she doesn’t have much money. Arhaan tells Ragini and Jaya that Rannvijay is back home. Rannvijay happily heads towards his room, but the family hides to surprise him. Jaya is shocked when he doesn’t enter his room but goes to Vaiju’s room instead.
Rannvijay gives Vaiju her job details, including her salary, and then leaves. He thanks Vaiju for helping him win the award, saying it wouldn’t have been possible without her. As Vaiju holds the award, Jaya and the rest of the family come in.

Ragini tells Rannvijay that Jaya had planned a surprise party in his room, but he spoiled it. Rannvijay offers the award to Jaya, but she leaves without accepting it. Ragini tells him to go after her. Rannvijay explains to Jaya that he went to Vaiju’s room to give her the offer letter, but Jaya remains upset.
Vaiju overhears Sulekha telling Vasundhara that as Rannvijay’s wife, Jaya has the first right to his success. Vaiju remembers marrying Rannvijay. Jaya tells Rannvijay she brought him a gift. They hug and make up.
Rannvijay and Jaya leave their room and find Vaiju asking for forgiveness. Jaya tells Vaiju that she wasn’t angry with her, but with Rannvijay, and now they’ve resolved it. Rannvijay and Vaiju go to the hall where the family is waiting to congratulate and gift Rannvijay.
Vaiju notices everyone giving Rannvijay gifts. Sulekha asks Vaiju about her gift. Vaiju says she can only congratulate him now and will give him a gift later. The episode ends with Sulekha telling Vaiju that she didn’t even try to find a gift for Rana.
