He mentions that he’s unsure when he’ll get a loan and that he needs to sign a bond to secure it. He informs Surendar that he won’t be able to leave Georgia until the loan is repaid. Manoj tells Megha that his parents are important to him, so he must go to Georgia alone.

Goldie tells Manoj that he could get married first. Manoj replies that he can’t concentrate on the wedding right now. Megha agrees with Manoj, telling Goldie that Manoj is making the right decision. She reassures Manoj that they support him. A nurse asks them not to stand around there. Manoj sends Megha’s family away.
Megha then asks Surendar if they can give 5 lakhs to Manoj for the surgery. Surendar tells her that he saved that money for her future. Megha insists that Manoj is her future. Surendar points out that they aren’t married yet. Megha responds by reminding him that Manoj helped them even when they weren’t married.
Manoj declines the money, promising to marry her after he returns from Georgia. Surendar blesses Manoj and leaves. Manoj thanks Megha, saying he’s lucky to have her. Megha hugs Manoj.

Manoj goes to Kavita’s room and sees her eating. He takes the food plate from her. Kavita tells Manoj that she’ll get sick if she doesn’t eat. Manoj tells her he won’t let anyone mess up his plan. Manoj’s father criticizes him for refusing the money. Manoj assures him that he knows what he’s doing.
He adds that Ranjeeta would suspect him if he accepted the money too easily. Kavita worries about what will happen if Megha’s family doesn’t give money in the future. Manoj confidently says that won’t happen, stating that his real target is 25 lakhs, not just 5 lakhs.
The next day, Manoj calls Megha, asking her to meet him because he’s leaving for Georgia that night. He hangs up the call. He tells his father that Megha is probably at the bank now. He mentions that he needs money to open a store in Georgia. They discuss their plan. The doctor comes in and taunts them for not paying the room rent and the fee for duplicate papers. He demands full payment in advance.

Surendar and Megha arrive. Surendar assures the doctor that he will receive the full payment. The doctor leaves. Surendar tells Manoj that relationships are more important than money. Manoj refuses the money again, but Megha convinces him to accept it.
Surendar hands over a cheque to Manoj. Manoj tells Surendar that he will pay back the money. Manoj’s father tells Surendar to start the wedding preparations. Manoj asks Megha to send her documents for the visa.
Later, Megha looks at the stars in the sky. Surendar advises Megha to become a star like Ranjeeta, not like him. Ranjeeta tells Megha that Surendar is like the sky.
Manoj hands over Megha’s documents to a man and asks for a 15-lakh loan. The man reminds Manoj that he already borrowed 10 lakhs from Sikhandar. Manoj lies that he’ll repay the 10 lakhs to Sikhandar after the wedding and claims that Megha wants the loan for her brother.
