Sumitra screams, “Piyush!” Vikram corrects her, saying, “He’s not Piyush, he’s Malik, and we can’t harm him.” Nikki asks Piyush if he’s ready to return to his body. Piyush says, “I’m ready.” Malik mocks him, saying it’s foolish to trust the girl and challenge him.

Masaan Pret orders Malik to leave Piyush’s body. Nethra blames Vikram and the others for Nikki’s actions, demanding they protect Malik. Sumitra stops her, explaining they’re trying to save their son, Piyush. Vikram insists they must save Malik. The Pret warns that if they challenge Masaan Pret, they’ll end up in the crematorium. Vikram halts. Malik collapses.

Masaan Pret asks if Malik will leave Piyush’s body. Malik declares he’s Aakaal Shatru, born but never dying, even if the world changes. Masaan Pret insists he must leave the body and grips his neck. Malik pretends to be Piyush and tells Nikki he’s back. Piyush warns her not to believe him. Nikki asserts she isn’t fooled. Masaan Pret instructs Nikki to place the locket on Malik’s chest at the right moment. Vikram pleads for Malik.

Prateik fears Malik’s soul might be taken away. Vikram insists, “He’s Malik.” Sumitra hopes he will return their son. Masaan Pret commands Malik to exit Piyush’s body. As Aakaal Shatru’s soul leaves, Nikki places the amulet on Piyush’s chest. Piyush’s soul returns to his body. Masaan Pret vanishes with Aakaal Shatru’s soul. Nethra frees herself and burns the prets trying to harm Malik’s new body. Then, she disappears with it.

Nikki cries for someone to stop her. Piyush calls out to Nikki. Sumitra asks if he’s really Piyush. He confirms, “Maa, I’m Piyush.” Vikram observes, “Piyush is himself again.” Nikki addresses Piyush as Baal Devi.

They head to the old mansion. Piyush expresses disbelief at returning and thanks Nikki for saving him. Nikki says his life is now more valuable and mentions that Pindari Baba sacrificed himself to save him. Piyush, emotional, acknowledges Pindari Baba. Nikki and Piyush visit Baal Devi. Nikki pours holy water and forms a protective circle. Baal Devi is freed from Malik’s trap.

Baal Devi states that Aakaal Shatru is capable of anything. She explains that Masaan Pret knew he was risking his life by taking Aakaal Shatru. She then envisions Aakaal Shatru killing Masaan Pret and returning from the gates of hell. Masaan Pret’s body falls into hell.

Baal Devi informs Nikki that Aakaal Shatru is returning and has killed Masaan Pret. She instructs her followers to perform a special ritual to prevent Malik’s soul from reaching Nethra and obtaining a new body. She tells Nikki she’s gaining more power to help in the fight against evil. Nikki bows to her. Baal Devi departs. Nikki urges the followers to accompany her.

The followers begin the ritual. Vikram questions Nikki’s motives, asking if she brought Piyush only to see them all die. Piyush defends Nikki, asking what’s wrong with Vikram. Vikram argues that Malik is free and returning, doubting their chances of survival. Nikki wonders if she made a mistake bringing Piyush’s body back. Vikram suggests she should have begged Malik to spare Piyush.

Nethra, in a cave, calls out to Malik, claiming he’s free from Masaan Pret’s captivity and she’ll bring his soul back. As she’s about to perform the ritual, she declares that when Malik regains his body, even God will tremble. Baal Devi goes to the heavens and speaks with the gods. She reports that the battle between Swaranprabha and Aakaal Shatru is ongoing, and Aakaal Shatru is about to become supreme in a new body.

Piyush confides in Nikki that he shudders at what Malik did to her. Nikki shares that whenever Malik tried to approach, she kept her distance, feeling a wall between them. Piyush reassures her that God is with them. Baal Devi emphasizes the need to support Nikki in this fight. Piyush declares that evil will lose, and good will triumph. Nikki vows they will win.
